Maytag front end washer won't dispense fabric softener or bleach

24 February 2013 - 11:53 AM

Hi, guys!

Well, I bought a Maytag front end washer MHW6000XW2 last Feb. It will not dispense either the bleach or the fabric softener. I have removed the drawer and cleaned it (although it didn't need it). What could be the problem?

Vegetable Bin stuck

05 September 2012 - 11:57 AM

This is probably a really stupid question, but the vegetable bin tab on my Amana #BX21V1W bottom freezer fridge is stuck. I want to slide the tab from fruit to veggies (as I just harvested a kimono full of carrots and I need to store them) Can't get it to move.

Thank You For All Of The Help YOU Have Given Me!

25 January 2012 - 06:11 AM

I just want to take a few minutes to thank you for all of the help you have given me over the years. I just sent you another beer donation. I figure you have saved me at LEAST $1,000.00 in service calls by instructing me in how to fix my washer myself. So this is the least I can do.

This is a shout out to all of the people requesting help. Please send Almighty Master a donation. He really knows his stuff and really helps you save money!

Asko 11505 washer starting to drip!

24 January 2012 - 12:12 PM

Oh, wise one, it's me again. I think my Asko washer has blown a fuse. Where are the fuses located? I ask you this because I have taken cursed washer apart more times than you think this month and if I know in advance where stinkin' fuses are located, it might save me some time (and patience).

Asko 11505 washer starting to drip!

18 December 2011 - 03:27 PM

My Asko 11505 has sprung a leak. Under the drum in the front is rust where the bellows hose connects. We can't see any cracks in the hose. Should I replace the hose anyway, or can this be an actual hole in the stainless steel drum? It's a drip leak. It only seems to drip during the final spin cycle. We live up in the mountains and have to do all of our repairs ourselves as there is no Asko repairman for at least 100 miles. HELP!
