The only complaints I have against them are #1 I tried to get factory auth. before they said they have way to many here (the 4 they have here will shoot down any call they do not want to drive to and have told us in the past they will not go if they are not in the mood) #2 parts can be on back order till 2999 or so it seems.

I worked for them I was good friends with the owner. Stay away. They charge you high fees and do not stand behind you. I now after them going under opened my own company and I am slammed. I could us 3 or 4 more techs. They are a scam. Stay away.

Has anyone else used the jumper to check the defrost system? I have been using it and now also change all sensors in the unit to the new style.

In many cases the mat is used to protect the area from damage and give the look that you care. In the house I went in to the other day it was (if I could do anything with the smell) to protect my bag from the urine and feces smell and what ever was causing the floor to be so sticky. I had a great mat from a company we used to flip it and use it to move items around with out damage. But it was a custom one. I am now using a carpet one and it works great.

I lived in FL and had my customers change the pleated white filters every month when paying a monthly bill. The amount of dust would choke it up.
