Thanks for the quick reply!

1) Outside checked out fine (according to the repairman) and from my super amateur look at it, doesn't seem to have any problems.
2) Inside fan not spinning up at all. Well the test my mother had done.. was to turn it off a bit and turn it back on and it was working for a little but it's not consistent.
3) Will add pictures soon :(

For some reason i only checked if the switch went up and down.. down if the connections inside were fubared.

Guess i just needed to look closer :)

Shaft fit fine

How do I bypass it?
I checked the actual switch and it's definitely is worse for wear. Is there anyway right now i can trip it without the actual switch?

It seems to get to the part where it should drain and just dead stops. I'm messing with the switch right now (lid power connector is fine) but how do I test if the switch is the problem
