I would check the AC cord hook up. With 3 wire and 4 wire installs, I find many errors.

Have you checked to see the air dome is not plugged or the hose is not pinched shut or blocked some how.?

The inner clamp tool doesn't really work that great, I think I'll try applianceman97's modification. An easier way than the tool involves using a self-tapping screw through the loop on the spring end of the clamp to hold it in place.

You must use the diagnostics. For one thing, it may only need to run a calibration cycle. Plus, you must run the calibration when you replace any part on the machine. No way around it, you got to use the diagnostics.

Do check the pulley, you might have thrown the belt and it is jammed between the pulley and rear tub.
