Just remove the tub ring and let her see all the crud that's built up in there. That usually convinces a customer their machine needs to be junked.

Checked for broken or cracked shocks? Check for loose basket pulley. Look to see if there is looseness in spin basket or bearings. Maybe basket is out of round from cracked tub support.

Also, check to see if the nut on the drive pulley has worked loose. Otherwise, learn to use the diagnostics on this machine to troubleshoot problems.

You might have a coin stuck in the drain hose or something stuck in the hose/check-ball at the tub outlet. The stuck coin can drive you nuts because it can turn open or closed like the carburetor choke.

Put it into diagnostics and get the wash and done light on. Then push start and spin the basket by hand. You should see the LED scroll indicating the actuator is reading basket movement. It's possible the ring inside the gearcase has broke free and isn't moving in sync with the basket. Did you remove the washplate and inspect the basket hub?
