In Topic: Viking convection oven w/ electronic spark no bake or broil

Model number left out in first post-it is VGCI3666BSS. I don't see many Viking products and this is the first w/ electronic spark ignition. It gets no spark in bake or broil settings-I need a service manual link and any advice on this system you can offer-It is at a remote ski resort residence and most of the servicers won't go out there, so I am trying to take care of it, but I lack knowledge of this product. I did see a post somewhere about viking convection models that wouldn't light if there was a problem with the convection fan-a possibility? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, JR

Just an update-odd that I got no replies initially. Problem was a leak though the tub seal-big short in stator-needs bearings, seal, stator, pack shaft= will attempt to fix at customers request-could sure use a service manual- Could control be burnt too because of stator short?
