OK went and bought a new tester as old one was dead ... checked the voltage at the igniter and am getting 120v, but no glow to igniter... so igniter is the culprit? Yes?

Thanks guys as always.

OK well of course the batteries on my voltage meter are toast... ARGH...  The glow igniter is not glowing how so it that my most likely problem?  OR could a problem with the gas valves prevent the lighter from igniting?

Just have to run a bunch of errands and wondered if I should pick up an igniter while I am out or wait and test with voltage meter before purchasing?

Thanks in Advance

So I am still assuming I should still check for igniter glowing before assuming the the problem is the gas valve solenoids?
