HE washers

28 November 2014 - 10:54 PM

Looking at purchasing a Whirlpool Cabrio HE washer. I'm new to the whole HE thing and have been reading tons of reviews. I'd love to hear the thoughts of those that know about these machines!

Hot water runs out fast

16 January 2014 - 10:06 PM

I have a Kenmore series 8, gas, hot water heater, model #153.331451. Up until recently it has worked fine. Two people could bathe and both have enough hot water for their bath. Now, I can shower and within minutes the water temp needs to me adjusted and in no time the hot water is gone though the temp dial on the tank is turned all the way up. I drained the tank within the last year so I wouldn't think it's sediment? I have read about the the temp control valve possibly being bad but how do I know for sure? Any info would be very helpful.

Thanks from a man with a wife, a son and two daughters who LOVE hot water. Lol

Kenmore washer won't spin

16 September 2013 - 06:51 PM

My daughter has a Kenmore model 110.20862990 washing machine that I am working on that will not spin. It fills and agitates fine but when it gets to the spin cycle it stops and does nothing. It makes no noise, nothing. Help please.

Craftsman 1/2 hp garage door opener problem

14 April 2013 - 06:24 PM

I have a Craftsman 1/2 hp garage door opener. The opener itself worked fine but the light quit working so I changed the bulb. That was not the problem. I then went to check the voltage across the poles of the light socket. Just as I looked down and read the voltage, which was fine, I like an idiot touched my two meters leads together sending sparks everywhere and tripping the breaker. I am pretty sure the problem with the light was a loose terminal in the socket which is fixed. When I went back to check it again, it now however only shows half voltage (taking it before the socket) and the closer will not work now. Please help!

I am trying to find a door handle for this microwave but the site I'm sent to from here does not have the model I have and the microwave it does show me, they don't list a handle. Any suggestions? I've googled my fingers off(yes I'm typing with bloody nubs)and found nothing so far.
