The mode shifter was replaced,and the first time customer used it ,it failed again.I put it into the test mode and it spun at hi speed,so am I looking at a bad part or a bad control?

I have replaced upper control board,left hand lid lock,tub displacement senser and touch pad.No display at all with 14 pin harness connected.

Would appreciate any suggestions.Thank you.
