I contacted Samsung and found that they have a service bulletin out on this model due to the door opening during the cycle. They list several possible causes mainly dealing with the middle drawer not docking properly and preventing the door from closing properly. However in this case, the problem was at the door switch where the wiring was out of position and was preventing the door lock from fully engaging. After relocating the harness, the door closed properly and the customer has not had anymore problems. Thanks for your help guys.
