I contacted Samsung and found that they have a service bulletin out on this model due to the door opening during the cycle. They list several possible causes mainly dealing with the middle drawer not docking properly and preventing the door from closing properly. However in this case, the problem was at the door switch where the wiring was out of position and was preventing the door lock from fully engaging.  After relocating the harness, the door closed properly and the customer has not had anymore problems. Thanks for your help guys.

You were right on with your answer. I went on this call today and found a broken wire at the hall sensor. The customer had replaced the motor and the control board and never noticed the broken wire. I connected the wire and it worked like a champ; however, the customer preferred I order a new harness so  I am waiting on the part to complete the job. At least they can use it while I wait on the part.

Thank you for the download. The unit is lighting up and you can go through the menu, but when you press select, the unit does not respond. I removed the power for a few minutes and it reset. The customer will let me know if it acts up again, but as of yesterday, it was working properly.

I haven't been on this call yet. I am just repeating what the customer told me. I will know more tomorrow.

The problem the customer is experiencing is not as descibed above. The burners are lighting properly; however, when you turn on either of the far right burners, not only does the ignitor for that burner come on, but the ignitors for the other far right burner and the center rear burner also come on. The ignitor for the front right burner does not cut off even after the burner lights. The clicking noise is driving the lady of the house crazy. The other burners/ignitors all work normally and have no effect on the three that are malfunctioning. I would think this problem is a result of some problem with the spark module, but I have never encountered this problem before. I did take the burners apart and check for proper assembly and I found no problems. I also cleaned the burner/ignitors but to no avail. If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them.
