Samsung Washer WF393BTPARA/A2

01 June 2014 - 06:11 PM

This washer has a new motor/hall sensor and a new main pcb but still displays 3E error code and shuts down. Does anyone know what else could cause this error?

Samsung Washer WF218ANW/XAA

10 May 2014 - 07:56 PM

The customer says that after completing the cycle, when she opens the door, smoke comes out and it smells like something is burning. Even the clothes smell like smoke. She says this first happened about a week ago, and she unplugged the washer and didn't use it until today. She decided to try it again, and got the same result. As far as she can tell, it is not giving error codes. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this problem?

Fisher-Paykel Washer WL26CW1-96215A

13 March 2014 - 07:55 AM

This unit starts and then cuts itself off. Any technical information would be greatly appreciated.

Dacor Range Electric/Gas Combo ERD36SBK/LP

15 December 2013 - 08:02 PM

The two right burners are slow to ignite. The customer reports that she hears it "clicking" and it eventually lights, but it takes awhile. She does not smell gas and when it ignites, it ignites normally. Will new igniters likely fix this problem?

Kenmore Refrigerator 10679187990

03 December 2013 - 10:24 AM

The customer says the top right bolt that holds the shelf support rail has broken off flush with the back of the wall. I have not been out to look at it, but if the bolt cannot be removed, is there any known fix for this problem?
