Condenser fan is fine. I cleaned the evaporator and temps were fine through the weekend. Now customer texts me a pic of the temp readout. Freezer at -1. Refrigerator at 50. Compressor is now hot again.
What could be going on now?

It's likley a restriction.
The coils are whistle clean.

Thanks Scott I did use that same latch you mention.
Far is a bad neutral somewhere I'm a little unsure of what you mean by open neutral. I've checked and we deathly have 120 VAC. I'm also dealing with an inpatient customer which does not help.
