It's likley a restriction.
The coils are whistle clean.

Thanks Scott I did use that same latch you mention.
Far is a bad neutral somewhere I'm a little unsure of what you mean by open neutral. I've checked and we deathly have 120 VAC. I'm also dealing with an inpatient customer which does not help.

Thank you! In regards to number 2 can you tell me where or what the slot looks like where I insert the screwdriver? I poked and pryed quite a bit so just want to be sure when I go back.

There two parts attached to the heating element.  Thermal fuse &  a high limit thermostat - forgive my confusion..  

 

I will check the exhaust temps.  

 

I will change out that cycling thermostat located on the blower housing.  I thought the high limit thermostat controlled the cycling of the temps.
