In Topic: GE Fridge GTH18CCT3RWW how to get into defrost mode

17 July 2011 - 06:55 PM

Thank you for your response. This fridge is new and under warranty.I work at a resort and we are having a lot of trouble from our brand new appliances.Since their all warrantied it cost us nothing, but I've never seen this much trouble from new appliances in the past. When I found that this fridge had a defrost board instead of the old style defrost control,I didn't know if you could make the board advance to the defrost mode or not. It has a modular plug coming from the board with male ends,it may be a test plug but I thought I would ask here just in case.
