Topics I've Started

LG Gas Dryer no heat Kenmore elite model 79691473210

16 December 2014 - 08:01 PM

I have tested every component and all test good. The top coil gets 90 vdc, the ignitor glows, the flame sensor closes and gets 120 vac but the bottom coil never receives 90vdc. Should I assume that I need a new control board or a new gas valve? I am unsure if board sends seperate 90 vdc or if the coils are bad the voltage will not transfer to the other. I sent a pm to Lg John but not sure if I will receive a response because he has been inactive for a while. Please Help!

Maytag model mvwc6esww1

22 January 2013 - 03:39 PM

Washer is dead. Will not fill, spin...nothing. Does have power. Replaced timer, didnt do it. Does the control board (w10104800)that plugs into the timer control this. I thought it was a soak control. My other option would be water temp/pressure switch w10248240. Any help would be appreciated.

Whirlpool Ice Machine Model gi15ndxts

31 August 2011 - 09:08 PM

Ice Machine was originally making thin sheet of ice and going to harvest mode way too soon. Replaced evap thermistor. Problem remained. replaced control. Now it seems that it starts to make sheet of ice and the reservoir pump empties reservoir and fills with tap water before sheet is made and hot gas solenoid melts what little ice was on evap plate. Any help would be mucho appreciated. Does anyone have a job aid for the new style ice machines? Thanks
