i went to look at a frigerator they said wasnt cooling.got there and pluged it in,nothing works no fans no lights.the mother board is clicking at what looks like a coil. i couldnt find a tech sheet. i think the board is bad,but dont know how to check it.help

GE dryer DPSQ475ET4WW wont stay running

i have a ge dryer mo#dpsq475et4ww in the shop that wont running. push start switch and it will run let go of switch it stops. ive try a differant start switch and motor but same thing happens. this dryer has a dryness sensing board ,but i dont know if it hooked in to start circuit as i dont have wiring diagram. has anyone else come across this problem
