Sorry I wasn't more specific...
The vent motor runs and blows warm air, so the heating element works, and the light all come on like they should (which is why I suspect the board is not bad).
The Tech didn't go into much detail with me, he seemed a bit unwilling to tell me what he was doing. I overheard him on the call with Whirlpool checking voltages at various points on the board connectors.
I just went by the schematic and saw that one fusible link between power and the motor and assumed that was it...
