Miele G892SC Diswasher Service Manual?

08 June 2012 - 10:02 PM

The guy at Miele was really nasty. Said they don't let non-Miele service centers have service manuals.

Need manual reset thermal switch for my Miele G892 SC dishwasher

16 January 2012 - 01:45 AM

1) The thermal switch opens at 150 degrees C. It controls a 1300 watt heater running on 120VAC. I have attached a picture which gives a clue as to why it needs to be replaced. These are a commodity item which are made to standard dimensions, so one from a totally different brand might work. Can you guys sell me something which might fit? Which brings me to my next question;

2) I can't remember how to get into your service manual stash. Could you point me to it? And my last question;

3) I need some beverage grade high temperature flexible tubing for my hot water dispenser. (The brand is Quick&Hot.) The current tubing measures ~0.313 ID and the nipple it goes over measures 0.375 OD. Can someone sell me ~2 feet of this?

Thank you very much,

Noritz Model GT-201AW-FF water heater (for Japanese bath)

16 November 2011 - 05:52 PM

I need a replacement main circuit board (it has the micro processor and a bunch of interface circuits) for this unit.
This model has never been sold in the US. I bought it in Japan. It is specially designed for Japanese style bathtubs and includes a separate 50,000 BTU heater with a recirculating pump which keeps the water in your tub steaming hot. It also has a water level detector so that it automatically refills the tub as you scoop water out of it as is done in the Japanese style of bathing.
Now the processor board has been blown out due to one of the electrolytic capacitors leaking juice which ate off a ground line on the PCB and caused the logic board to see -30 volts from the fan motor control circuit.
Any ideas as to how I can get a new main board for this thing?
I have made a very good circuit and functional diagram of the unit, and made a number of measurements regarding the operation of various subsystems if anyone would have any interest in them.

Food grade high temperature tubing for hot water dispenser

13 August 2011 - 08:26 PM

The plastic tube between the 190 degree hot water tank and the spigot from which the water is dispensed has developed a leak.
The current tubing measures .300 inches ID and the metal outlet pipe it attaches to measures .420 OD.
The tubing should be rated for high temperature (the current tube has 275 degrees maximum printed on it), and it
obviously should be beverage grade.
Any suggestions what material specification to use for this and where to get some?

Electrolux EIFLW55H front load washing machine

20 October 2009 - 10:45 AM

Are the Electrolux service manuals any easier to get than those of Miele?
