Duhhhhhhh 35 years in this business, lol yes i have a thermometer, after the water does get warm i have 135 degree water coming from spigot next to dishwasher, but my question is, what if the water is cold coming in the dishwasher, it does heat the water too, to a certain degree, i know on the old units, didn't matter what temp came in, eventually the dishwasher would heat the water up, that is what i think is going on, nothing has changed as far as the customers hot water situation, but all of a sudden soap packs just lay there.
