It is VQ0. So to answer Shogun, it appears that with the switch itself showing continuity when pressed on, the terminals on the start windings should show a resistance of 2.4-3.8ohms.(That is under load).
Likewise the terminals on the run windings should show aresistance between 2.4-3.6 ohms under load.I would guess that every other part needing to show continuity checked out positive, then one of those sets of windings on the motor are kaput.
Oh then there is always the door switch.

Yes, sorry for not being more specific. Flame comes on and stays on but the oven never reaches the temp you set it to reach.
Owner says usually 100 degrees less. I am going tomorrow to check specifics actual temp difference)
She is using the oven but baking isnt dependable because of actual temp isnt accurate.
