In Topic: Bosch Ecosense dishwasher SHE6AF06UC error E24 and E21

Hey, I just did this one with the E24 code, if it is pumping out fine and does it in the first 2 minutes replace the lower board on the bottom right of the unit. That is the issue.

You might be on to something here.  i just found this:

I'm wondering if a lot of people are having these issues; I have had for a while.  Blew out the drain hose (no problems there), replaced the drain pump, checked for obstructions over and over, and I, like the OP, can only avoid the E:24 by opening the door within the first minute and shutting it again.

Just wanted to come back and say the RepairClinic pump fixed it! Thanks! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Thanks, Samurai -

I went ahead and ordered the drain pump from Repair Clinic.  I Googled around the stash and it looks like you just twist it counter clockwise after removing the wiring to remove it.  In the meantime, if I do the 20 minute or so Customer Test Program and get a 0 error code, I can get it to initiate a regular load right afterwards, so I'll keep doing that until that no longer works.

Thanks! :)

What do you mean, "bypass the error and continue to run" - I usually still see the E24 if I open it and close it back :)

I'm only able to get mine to run at this point in the customer service test mode (which it exits with 0).  I guess it's time to try a drain pump....

In Topic: GE TFX22ZPBEWW Ice dispenser auger not going

Just as a follow-up...

I wound up getting one of these from eBay (I don't know how, but it was only $45, and the date code on the box said April 2013).  Replaced it, and all is well.

Previously tried replacing the relay on the old one; no dice.  My hunch is that it's one of the diodes or the transistor that's malfunctioning.  I might just start testing those components because a board that simple isn't going to get the best of me... all the darn thing has is two switches, resistors, capacitors, diodes, and a transistor.
