In Topic: Viking DFSB483 Ice Maker leaking

The refrigerator is pre 8/26/05, but the latest icemaker might be newer. The icebergs are generally clumped together cubes in the ice tray. It is apparent that water was dumped on top of the cubes after they were ejected. The water on the floor might well be from a clogged defrost drain or evaporator pan overflow. I was hoping I could get a service manual to help me work through it. Your POS comment let's me know that you are very Viking knowledgeable.

You've nailed it. :) I pulled the pump, using the guidelines in the manual I got from here, and the front half of the impeller fell to the bottom. Although the pins fit into the holes there is nothing to hold them together. I'm tempted to try epoxy, but I think I'll replace the impeller.
