Try this, put the machine in diagnostics, turn on drain pump.  Wiggle wires at P-4 on control while pump is running.  Then wiggle wires at pump while it is running.  This is how I found problem on intermit drain several times.  Good luck!

I have seen this many times and there are several problems that can cause this,

   debris in drain hose.

connections at pump or board. Wiggles wires at pump they might come right off.

Debris under coin trap,  did you remove it?

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply.j Yes I did the thermistor test before changing the control board. When I changed the thermistor and board, the control did a self test upon startup and thermistor passed. The damper was open when I left the house and now I am thinking damper problem?

It sounds like it is going into the demostration mode accoring to the manual. Maybe something in the door holding the keypad down?
