Topics I've Started

WED9200SQ0 Whirlpool

05 November 2014 - 04:05 PM

Several months ago I worked on this exact model and couldn't figure out how to disassemble it without removing the plastic ring that went from the control panel around the sight glass.  That plastic panel is snapped in there and I could not figure out how to snap it off and ended up breaking and having to replace it.

Today I walk in a customers house and see the exact same dryer.

A full service manual with disassembly instructions would be great.  Thanks.

FRS6HR5HB1 Frigidaire Refrigerator Dispenser Flap Help.

03 June 2014 - 07:35 AM

The ice dispenser flapper is not closing properly.  Took it apart and the spring was off, the plastic housing was broken, gears were stripped on the plastic piece etc.  Bought new housing, put everything back into new housing.  Bought new part with the gear.  I cannot seem to figure out how this thing goes back together.  Well I have it together but the flapper does not close properly.  It's very possible I don't have the spring on right or the spring is worn out.

A diagram or something showing how this all goes back together would be very helpful.

FRS6HR5HB1 New Control Wiring Harness Does Not Fit.

24 May 2014 - 06:52 AM

Had a bad control board on this unit yesterday.  According to several sites, including repairclicic.com, the part number has been changed to Part number: 241739712

Part number: 241739712

.  241739712 looks identical to the original except the wiring harness DOES NOT FIT.  It's like the harness is turned upside down from the original.  Where there should be a square is a square with an oval type shape at the top, etc.

What to do?

Frigidaire Top Load HE FAHE4044MW0

07 May 2014 - 05:08 PM

Does anyone know how and where part # 52 attaches to the tub/cabinet?  I'm going behind another company and they took these off and never reconnected them.  Now the tub shakes violently.

Need manual please, or just some help.

Went behind a company that had previously worked on the washer.  They must have taken off the springs that go up around the lid or top of drum area and did not put them back on.  Now washer is shaking badly.  I see the parts, the spring and a metal piece with a screw through it, one on each side, but I cannot figure out how to put them back where they go. I don't even know where they go.
