Did you use the old burner? I prefer to use a new burner with a new block when I can.

With things changing around here thought I should chime in.

I wanted to say thanks for this forum. I hope you ( Samari)make a good return and enjoy the friends you make.
I am a lifetime member and feel I have received much more in return. Not only in tech help( that is worth money) but in moral support .
Many of you know I became an above average appliance tinker, and part timer looking to go full time. The support I received here was/is incredible.

Yes'm. You are an incredible lady.

Your defrost heater is fine. The kit Santa recommends should help melt the ice collecting in the water drain hole.

You need to replace the fuse in your multimeter. You were set to Ohms and touched a live 120 v wire. I have never done that. :thumbsup: Make sure you place your meter to AC volts for checking “hot “ wires. Check Ohms when no electrical power is on the appliance.
