GE Mono ZISS420DRCSS Climate Control lights out.

I ordered a new main control board for a defrost problem. Will this also fix my Climate Control Drawer problem? No lights at all on the Drawer LED's. It keep the same temperature as the fridge.

Monogram ZISS420DRCS side by side built-in Frig, FF at 42 deg.

FF is at 42 and freezer is -4 degrees(bad). If i unplug for a 48 hrs. it will stay at 0 and 34(good) for about 2 days then go back to 42 and -4(bad).
Lots of condensation in upper left corner and ice buildup in black slot in picture. There is also ice behind behind foam/dampner.

I've seen TwwinDragon post but am not allowed to reply. Did the kit below fix his problem? Is this what I need to fix my problem? Can I do this myself? I'm very good with tools and fixxing things, do the instructions in the kit below guide you through all the steps to install it?

FF side is 50+ degrees and freezer is -4 degrees, It is set to be 37 degrees and 0 degrees. Evap, QC, and Cond. Fan are all working.
I've replaced the thermistors and motherboard.

Where's the FF Damper. Is it be behind the caulked in styrofoam box on the ceiling of FF compartment?

And how do you get to the Evaporator and all the ducting to check for frost. It seems to be inside a riveted together sheet metal box on top shelf access panel.

I can't seem to get to anything, I little help PLEASE..
