#284014 Thermador Downdraft vent nightmare UCV36AS-01

If I remember correctly I disconnected the snorkle  linkage and used clamps to keep it raised in the up position. Then I was able to run the motor back down. I may have had to manually trigger the limit switches as well.

#238628 Bosch Dishwasher SHU4306UC/U06 runs and runs

Posted by Sonic on 30 August 2012 - 11:21 PM

Well... The customers complaint is that the dishwasher will either fail to start or will run for hours. I checked the heater circuit to make sure that wasn't an issue and it wasn't. I then replaced the control board and also the on off switch as insurance. Well... The customer called me this evening to tell me that the dishwasher is still forever running. What am I missing? HELP

Hi SSMan,
If you are using an inexpensive multimeter you may not be able to properly check the diode or the capacitor. You should also check the magnatron magnates for cracks.
