Caravell 225 Freezer sealed system

14 July 2014 - 09:27 AM

I have replaced the shorted compressor with the same part number but a slightly different relay cam with it without the start capacitor.   It will start without the capacitor but draws 4amps and the low side goes into a vacuum.  I double checked my charge of 5.25oz and its no over. Also the pressures equalize in a reasonable amount of time.  I also pressure tested it with nitrogen over night and it was good.   Any ideas?

KitchenAid range YKGSC308LS0 Thermostat/limiter

12 May 2014 - 05:02 PM

This range has an open thermostat that controls power to the ignitors after the control panel. It is located between the gas cook top box and the oven cavity. I ordered what I thought was the correct part but got one of the other two stats. The exploded view shows all three stats together with similar names which has been less that clear. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm having no luck looking up parts for this washer.  I'm sure the model number has to be switched around some how but I have had no luck so far.

LG FRIG LMX25984ST /01 linear compressor

03 February 2014 - 06:45 PM

I am hoping to get some information about this linear compressor ie. how it differs from other compressors and will the system pressures be what I'm used to seeing in other systems?
