GE Profile Arctica Door Water Dispenser Won't Turn Off

05 March 2011 - 09:29 PM

I have a GE Profile Arctica, Model No. PSC23SGMD BS that when after filling a glass of water from the dispenser on the door, the dispenser keeps outputting water for 3-4 seconds then stops. Is the part that controls that function in the door or behind the refrigerator?

GE Profile Arctica Leaking after valve/before filter

11 February 2011 - 12:36 AM

I have a GE Profile Arctica that is leaking from the hole in the bottom of my refrigerator where the water goes from the valve, up the inside (maybe to the filter?), then back down, out the same hole and to the bottom front of the refrigerator to the dispenser. The valve does not appear to be leaking and when I push the dispenser, I can hear the water going through the valve. However, water does not dispense from the front of the fridge but rather leaks out the hole. Any easy fix or is this best left to a pro?
