check the water level switch contacts, or the wiring from it to the timer.

An electrician can check the current while in the heating mode to make sure the circuit isn't overloaded. Also check the wiring at the breaker to see if it is hot. Dryers today are are pulling 28-29 amps with voltages of 240-245. This causes older breakers to over heat and trip. Also if the wires at the breaker loosen the will cause heat and trip the breaker.
