I suspect your controller is faulty. As for the dispenser, each soap cup has a small hole that water drains through. Use a toothpic to clear them open.

Ok so the Tech Sheet I have... same as the one posted here. Problem is I cannot perform ANY tests as the touch pads are completely unresponsive. I tried the user interface / display board as well as the main control module to no avail. Now Im guessing that the actual touchpads are bad but since there is no matrix map for the touchpads I cant test the buttons for continuity. So I've ordered the 3rd item, the touchpad, hoping for the best.

All the gwl 11 and 15 units are now coming with a 2.5 amp loblo fuse in the drain pump circuit, which protects the board if the pump goes south. Not sure if the 37's are like that as well.

Really would love if you can elaborate on the process of removing the front panel and the bull nose. This is a problem Ive been trying to see around for some time now and advice would mean I can now change gas valves and potentiometers when the next job arises.
Something about the side panels coming off to access the front panel screws?
