Yep! Sure is. French door. Have you seen any issues with door switches and programming these boards before?

Update! Technician in the field just called in - he got the unit working - here is what he did - disabled the door switches and then tried programming the main board again - this time he got past the PE and was able to program the board, the unit is working great now! Have any of you ever seen this? does the right side door need to be closed and the left door open on these units?
If not remember this trick if you are ever in this bind!

ok so we thought a bad keypad also - changed out the keypad - same results! Unit gets to PE in display and then is non responsive, any suggestions?

Using part number - 12782036SP - Instruction sheet has number 16026025 on the top of it

1. Press & hold door alarm keypad
2 Press & hold freezer temp down keypad
3. Release door alarm keypad and wait 3 seconds
4.Control will display PE to indicate programming mode ( this is where the train stops - nothing else works)
5. Entry is confirmed by pressing freezer temp down keypad once more - (doing this does nothing)

We have left the unit unplugged 10 minutes no luck We just get to the PE and nothing works after that..
