Kitchen Aid Refrigerator KBFA25ERBL01

21 April 2011 - 11:15 AM

We are working on a Kitchen Aid ref KBFA25ERBL01- No cool - we determined the problem is from the main board . We replaced the board and the new board will not let us program it - following the instructions with the board the PE is holding steady and is not flashing .wont let us do anything after that its like we are not pressing any buttons at all. We felt like we had a bad board so we ordered a replacement. The replacement did the same thing. We came back with the display board as well as the main board and it is still doing the same thing. We have reset the refrigerator we have let it sit unplugged for over 10 minutes Any suggestions would be appreciated before I have a bald tech.
