Nope.  Good news is my old capictor still works.  For some reason my electrical going into the furnance closet has dropped off.  It was working sporadically yesterday.  I ran an eletrical cord jumper and tested the system with a good power supply and it worked like a champ.  Taking a beer brake from stringing new wire as I write this.  Thank you both for the help.

Sweet grainger had it with a new mounting bracket for less than $12.  thanks for the suggestion, shipping alone would have cost me more.

Turns smooth with no noticable resistence.  Will probably just get the capacitor and have it sent 2 day mail.  Have a wife and new born that aren't very happy without air.  Thanks again for the help.

Thanks for the quick responce. It looks like most people reccomend the capacitor and motor be swapped at the same time. What is your take on that?
