Kenmore Dryer 110 76902690

20 December 2014 - 09:53 PM

Well isn't this special.

Anyway we have the above gas Kenmore dryer and all of a sudden it won't start. When pushing the start button, I hear a click and the timer starts to run (if I hold the start button in), but the unit won't start.

Is there a reset or something built into the unit?

Thanks upfront,

Lennox G26Q3-75-1 thumping noise before induction motor starts

05 December 2011 - 04:47 PM

Hi All:

I have a Lennox G26Q3-75-1 furnace. Just before the inducton motor starts, there is a loud noise (thumb) that seems to come from inside the walls.

At first I thought it was the house moving (getting cold out, figured the house will groan a bit), however this has been a constant thing right before the furnace kicks on.

I've sat next to the furnace listening for the thump..no luck. When upstairs I can hear the thumb quite clearly. And again, only happens as the furnace is about to cycle.

Any ideas?

Kenmore 110 Gas drier

14 August 2011 - 12:36 PM

Hello all:

I have a Kenmore front load drier that won't light. Motor runs, timer ticks, etc. but there is no glow at the burner to light the flame.

Now, is the thermal fuse on the side of the side of the burner or on top? If the fuse is ok what would the next thing to check?
