In Topic: Need motor for Whirlpool dryer LDI5701W1

20 September 2011 - 09:12 PM

I don't think you'll find a new one..
what's wrong with the replacement Motor ?
Dryer model number ?
are we talking about a 30 yr old Dryer ?

The dryer is a Whirlpool LDI5701W1.

A replacement motor is fine but I don't know how the 5 wires on my existing motor plug into the new motor.

My existing motor has a red, white, and, blue wires and a red & black.

where can I find where the wires should go on the new motor?
