Bryant 1996 heat pump

Unit is making noise when trying to turn on arc type of noise, blowing air but not cold,seeing spart by electrical parts when I take the panel off this is on the unit outside the fan part

Whirlpool dryer ,LER8648PW0 Not getting hot enough!

My dryer wasn't hot at all removed heating element and sure enough it was bad, replaced element now dryer is still not getting hot enough, its taking sometimes 3 or 4 cycles to dry a load...Any ideas where to look next?

Whirlpool, filling not spinning or agitating and sounds like its gonna blow LSQ9549PW

My washer fills and emptys, but does not aggitate or spin, motor sounds like its going to blow up, machine does not shake or wobble. LSQ9549PW. Thanks for any info
