Frost in Freezer Kitchenaid fridge model KSSP48QJTS00

24 October 2011 - 10:12 PM

I have an old built in Kitchenaid side by side. It builds up frost around the top of the freezer door . I have had 3 companies come out and try to fix the problem with no success. They put frreon in it, replace the door seal. I think the problem may be the door seal. I think it may seal worse after they replaced it, but hate to buy another seal. They have heated the seal with a hair dryer to make it seal better, but still no luck.
