Samsung Dishwasher Model DMR77LHS

02 July 2014 - 08:17 AM

Having an issue where the dishwasher runs and wont advance the cycle.  I found water temp too low in home and customer corrected.  I also measured temp of water while running and saw it rising, which tells me the circulation heater is operating properly.  I looked at the manual and found very little about the units heating of water and found no specific temps that it heats to.  If it is stuck in a cycle and i open the door after a while, and then reclose it, it advances.   Has anyone ever seen this issue in a Samsung Dishwasher?.. Any help appreciated!

Oasis washer model # 110.27086601

08 October 2012 - 08:04 AM

During the "clean washer" cycle, which is the only cycle not working, the timer runs from 60 mins to 57 mins and then jumps to 2 mins and drains water and shuts off. No error codes displayed or in history.

Tub moves freely. Anyone encounter this or have any thoughts on what may be happening?

Any help appreciated.

Looking for a service manual for this model if anybody has one. Also, replaced Heater and fuse kit already but unit continues to blow fuses. Any similar experiences and any recommendations?
