Woohoo! splice the wires back together, tested for continuity, plugged it back in and it works!

that's not the one ...
none of the (3) listed at RepairClinic are the one you need
(wrong wire colors)
You need the one shown on the wiring diagram on the left of the Motor Controller
that connects to the Main Controller
(it has your wire colors)
 
134543000 is the only one on Frigidaires parts list that isn't shown ...
which is probably the one you need


Wow. that's weird. I couldn't see the part of your message with the part number in it. And you're right - I traced the wires back to the main control board:

Would it be prudent to solder the wires back together? Or am I just asking for more trouble?

When I search by model# RC gives me this one (Item # 1163239).

But they're both out of stock.
