what causes a "loose" conveyor belt? if the drive cogs are ok,and the tension springs are ok,teflon guides are in place-doesnt seem possible that the conveyor could stretch? any ideas?

hey guys.trying to diagnose a friends washer over the phone.they get an le fault code,but washer door locks,agitates both directions ,but clock doesnt count down past 17 in quick wash before le code is displayed,also does not drain,but drain pump is not jammed. could a bad pump give that code?

Ok,so i'm driving today and feel a bit of discomfort in my , ah,lap area. making adjustments did not help and then I noticed it was hot,like really hot,so im driving on the interstate dancing in my seat trying to get whatever's got my crotch on fire and pull my flashlight out,you know one of those small led high intensity lites? somehow got turned on in my pocket and that sucka was burning hot,pulled the batteries out (3 aaa) and could barely hold it in my hand,that kinda hot. managed not to wreck! Looking for a pouch or holster for it now..

second  of these washers in as many days.really loud clicking in spin after 90-120 seconds.tilted washer back a bit and stuck my phone under to record and looks like the synch motor attached to drive system slightly disengages during spin,causing the plastic teeth of cam/clutch to bang into each other.is it likely the spring is weak? ordering the motor and that assy. anyone run into this ?
