No the new ones use the allen bolt, u have had a few that I couldn't get apart, the put a lot of loctite on the threads at the factory, but u can split the drums without taking the pully off, but if whatever is stuck is behind the drum it may be tough, I have gotten things thru the opening that the dispensor fills thru in the past without having to split the drums
