#297528 Frigidaire FFFS5115PW - Bleach tray always filled with water

Posted by sh2sh2 on 29 June 2014 - 08:21 PM

you are correct they do used siphoning, what happens is when it is time to dispense the product water is flushed into the compartment from above the tray and then when it shuts off the remaining water is siphoned out, you need to be sure that there is good water pressure and machine is level and tray is properly assembled for proper dispensing

I have had this exact problem a few times on that model,

where the 2 black wires run to the temp sensor in the rear of the machine, they run threw a few little black zipties that hold it to the tub, tub and pull on the wires and i bet you will find one broken, they start out very intermittent but when the tub moves it looses contact.

#295503 Whirlpool wtw57esvw0 washer motor hums, won't run

Posted by sh2sh2 on 04 June 2014 - 08:26 PM

it has to be the timer, if the motor and cap are know to be good the timer is all thats left, not providing voltage to the start winding or providing voltage to 2 windings at once are the problems i see most
