Maybe that part# will work. It came up on Amazon under customers also viewed. Looks like the same connector to me. I recently had an issue with a LG on a home warranty and our parts supplier showed discontinued. AHS sent us a sub part, so there may be a sub. My part supplier showed plenty of the one I linked.

Yea, I saw that. I don't think those clips will work on this evaporator then because it doesn't have the heater all the way through coil. It's just a loop heater on the bottom.

The heater hangs at the bottom of the evaporator. Kind of like a loop. I think the Whirlpool one would reach but I have no clue in the ones you linked. I've never even installed them before.

Coo thanks. I figured the Whirlpool probe may work but I'd have to cut away the metal strips over the hole. Plus I just haven't used it on the SxS with that loop style heater. If the cover isn't to bad I may price it out. I was able to get it off without damage so it figured it would be ok. Does this Samsung probe actually work. I ordered one once after a company had been out like 4 times, and the people finally called us. I was working for Sears at the time. If you haven't had any issue with the Whirlpool probe on these, then I may go that route.

Yea but this is a SxS. I don't know about using the Whirlpool probe on this one. I thought their was some type of clip and probe I ordered one time back at Sears.
