Yes, all voltages are proper. I finally checked other relays on the relay board, found a shorted diode, which was replaced (perhaps it shorted during one of my tests), re-installed all components and then went through all the tests in the ERC Quick Test from the diagnostic manual. This seemed to fix things as the oven now works :blinky:
