lol...well that was easy enough. Flipped the cord and we're all good....lesson learned.

Sorry...yes new to me but worked fine at the previous location. I assume since it comes on at all that the wiring is correct? You say bad motor...in that it's overheating or getting too much voltage or just plain bad? How do I test?
