I tested the wires and I DO get 120V on them but the control panel doesn't turn on. I read resistance on a couple of wires and they dont match what they should be.

Where would I find the above items? I can test for them, I have my Fluke and will travel, just give me a pointer please. :)

I am assuming this is the problem. This looks like the correct part.
