My motor was failing on my Frigidaire dryer Model FSG747GES1 so I replaced the motor on this dryer with a used, tested motor. While I had the machine apart, I decided to replace the rear drum bearing and the belt (thanks for the quick delivery, btw!) The motor seems to work fine but now the belt seems to slip. I used the idler pulleys that came with the new-used motor. Is there not enough tension on the belt? Are new belts longer? Very frustrating. Any suggestions are appreciated.
