Oh yes that one....Grrrrrr!!! And to top it off after the repair guy being here almost 7 hrs trying to fix it he asks me for some Dawn dish soap to lube it...lol

I got NAILED on the part....I was charged double the price....

Well I do have 3 munchkins that like to help. And and ok maybe once or twice lol. But less than a month and a half ago I had to have that rubber boot thing replaced (to the tune of $550) because water was gushing out onto my floor...btw how did U do that wiggling finger guy??

So if I replace that lock then my machine will do its thing??? Like drain and spin like the pile of sh*t is supposed to

Why can't they just sell those 2 pieces in the same package??? Would make a heck of a lot more sense.

The striker is fine. That what I called the thing with 2 prongs. Its the other lock piece that's broken. If you click on the pics you sent before of the lock and look at it with the holes facing you that the strike prongs go into the bottom one is the broken part.

Also looked at the door and front of the machine itself. The little prong things look fine but where they hook or "lock" into the bottom square hole has the bottom broke. Wish I could post a pic so you could see.
