In Topic: What time did you guys get home on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving?

01 December 2014 - 02:22 PM

Took the whole day off Wednesday and headed down to Beantown for a family Thanksgiving gathering. Although I didn't have any calls for service, I did field several calls Wednesday, THURSDAY, and Friday from other servicers calling my business service number (the number our local customers call for service) looking for help, like it was a tech line. WTF?

You'll miss customer calls doing that, you need to nip that shit in the butt real fast before you loose too much money. Hey, I lose business all the time being on the phone with another customer and missing a call. They just get someone else.

Does he give you a percentage of the job, or, pay you hourly?

If it's hourly then you need a raise and some vacation time.

If percentage of the job. then, I'd be curious as to how many jobs you're doing a week on average.

Also, how you're pricing, bluebook, hourly, etc.....

Either way, somethings doesn't seem right.

Definately  time for some kinda change.
