More info; Tested voltage going out to the clutch. Voltage jumps to 350vac and drops down to approximately 75-85vac. as the clutch shifts. Supposed to be 120vac. Checked resistance through wiring harness and everything seems good.
Where is the clutch assembly hall sensor? Could they mean the motor hall sensor? Is this what tells the main circuit board the clutch has shifted? If that is bad it is supposed to get a PE1. I am getting info from the fast tracks for this washer and another tech sheet found on line.
I can run through the diagnostics from agitate directly to spin and it works fine. Shifts fine. Spins up to 1028/+- 5rpm.
Also when it spins up in diagnostics the LED,s do not incrementally go from low to high the way they should.
Tried to get some info from Samsung, but I am not authorized so they will not talk to me or give me the number for tech support.
