Going out on this in the afternoon. Lady says ff is cold, but freezer and ice maker (in it's own compartment in the fridge) is thawing or not cold enough. It has been like this for about a week. Customer said machine was not pumping. Checked for codes. F32 and F51. Found coin in the pump. Removed, put together and ran the auto diagnostics. Runs through but stays in step 7 seemingly a long time (several minutes) and goes quickly through step 8 with very short amount of spin. Does this sound right?

Codes do not reset.

Is there a way to reset these codes other than pulling the plug. If unplugging resets machine. How long should it be off?

Washer is clean and everything is smooth with no leaks or bearing noise.

Any input from the bruthas would be appreciated.

I am hoping a service manual is available for this ice maker. Customer took it apart and wants me to re-assemble. Thanks.
